The reason he gave was the ‘uncertainty’ produced by the ‘inability’ of the government to decide on really important things such as the tax rate his business will pay.

I was under the impression that the tax cuts that are expiring are for personal income taxes and not corporate taxes. So how would that affect the tax rates his business will pay?

When Zero can’t make solid decisions on his communist agenda, it is nearly impossible for a U.S. company to plan for improvements, expansion, and hiring.

Heinz is leaving to other countries that don’t jerk their companies around and don’t assume that they are nothing but a pot-o’-money to dip into at any time.

I’ve been boycotting Heinz products for years and years because of how much I am disgusted by John Kerry, his wife is the Heinz heiress.

I’ve refused to buy Heinz products since the day I learned that the original Heinz owner(can’t remember his name) Left his wealth to Theresa who married the communist love John Kerry.

They produce good products but not good enough for me to sacrifice my principles!

There are so few national catsup brands on the market today.....and the other biggie, Hunt's, is totally crappy in taste and texture.

Somebody give me the brand of a good-tasting tomato catsup that isn't regional and I'll throw my half-used Heinz bottle into the fiery furnace.

Maybe John Kerry can pay his taxes. Buy Hunts brand catsup or the Aldi brand at Aldi or Trader Joe’s brand. Aldi and Trader Joe’s is a German company owned by a Catholic family that is not pro-abortion like Heinz.

No one should do anything about this company because of anything having to do with John Kerry or his wife. Mrs. Kerry sold her shares years ago. You can see who the major shareholders are here. No one owns as much as 5% of the stock, and Mrs. Kerry does not even appear on the list of major shareholders, nor do her foundations and trusts. You've got 5,000 people packing tomatoes and pickles in factories, and people here would have you get them all laid off because a long time ago Mrs. Kerry used to be Mrs. Heinz. Please... stop the madness.

We should start charging corporations for the costs of defending their interests worldwide, seeing as that’s where they’re moving the jobs. If they don’t want that defense, they’re free to let China or wherever the else they ALL want to move to take care of it.

The Obamanation administration at work against all Americans, destroying the economy and growing government and creating longer and longer unemployment lines and driving buisnessmen to hire illegals aliens or move overseas.
A well crafted plan for the communist adminsitration at work against all of us who love God, family and country.

H.J. Heinz was once a great American company based out of Pittsburgh, Pa. They were sold to DelMonte and after that who knows? Many of these once great companies have lost their roots and could care less. NCR was an institution in Dayton, Ohio for decades and is perfect example of what happens to a company when its roots are lost. It’s heart breaking.

The Kerry/Heinz don't own Heinz. I'll continue to buy their products. Now for a bigger issue and root cause. Another business families antics of which family members do have control and say is doing far more harm and is behind the Move To China movement.

One major chain dominates and now for all practical purposes dictates where most common everyday use things are made. Now they've started on our food as well. A store that if the manufacturer does not meet their price simply pulls that companies product from the shelves. A company which built and expanded into a MEGA Empire on a MADE IN USA advertisement.

To get that everyday low price the companies corporate officers have told many companies to move their U.S. facilities to another country. Most did some like Snapper Mowers did not. It will take a major boycott, mail campaign and call in campaign to ever persuade this company to stop it's Bad For USA business practices. One store chain has had more impact of the get out of USA movement than possibly even our own government. Sad to say many conservatives mistake that GREEN/LIBERAL ran corporation as being conservative simply because of it's policies toward unions.

I need not mention store name we all know which one it is. I have to wonder is Heinz being pressured by them as well?
