You have to figure Jeb is soliciting Latino primary voters into the Republican party for him to have a chance. He may get the NE votes but would need a showing in the south by way of the Latino votes, of which there could be plenty.

Jeb looks very much like a caudillo ~ a type well known to most Hispanics.
