Reagan used cyberwarfare in th 80s to take down the Soviets’ gas pipeline to Europe and to mislead Russian missile developers so that the USSR spent huge sums of money running down scientific and military blind alleys because they got their computers<illicitly- so they thought, from us preloaded with defective software.
