Recal Miller went to the Federal courts FIRST because he knew and so do all, that the State courts are polluted with “ Murkowski mafia “ judges.

Laws, federal, state, election, whatever just don’t matter any more. All are the whim of the party in power

It looks like the Ice Princess gets to keep the Senate seat Daddy Frank gave to her. Now she needs to go over to the other side of the aisle with her comrades. She’s not a Republican or even a RINO. She’s a Liberal Obamanoid hack.

Yep the law is pretty clear, and even states there are no exceptions.

Toss the law, the party rules.

So what exactly is the issue that he is disagreeing with?

And how do you think we feel here in Minnesota, where only a 100 car-trunkful vote margin is safe?

Was there a ruling on the question of entire boxes of absentee ballots written in the same hand writing?

Murki is one unhappy, mean, arrogant B__ch.

Besides taking this to the State court level- Millers lawyers should already be filing for another Stay on election results until the issue can make its way through all the courts.

A federal judge has held up certification of Murkowski’s victory until state ballot issues are resolved. The new Senate will be sworn in Jan. 5.

Well a State court just resolved it. Unless the next court issues a stay then the federal stay will be lifted. That is my take on it. I hope I am wrong.
