The fact is that the two major urban areas of L.A. and San Francisco carry so many votes now, they can fairly crush any Senatorial or Gubanatorial candidate. That is why Boxer beat Fiorina, and Boxer is horrible. All the government unions who employ the majority of people in the state have a lock on our electorate. We have to pay their inflated salaries, their bloated pensions, and for their bosses. The communist infiltration into our body politic would make George Soros proud.
