The difference between the mandate and the entitlement programs is that just by breathing and being alive, you must be insured or pay a penalty tax. You can avoid being enrolled in the entitlement programs—even SS by not working.

The courts will rule that the government cannot force you to buy a private product, so they will just try to make it a "tax" to fund a single-payer government plan.

The commerce clause has been misapplied by activists judges to slaughter the constitution and this is why we have a monster federal government and debt with the elite fighting over which party of elitists gets to have total control over the people and who receive foreign and corporate pay offs from election to election.
