Without 1501, the funding mechanism is gutted. GOP can now lay seige warfare to strangle the rest....and that’s not counting what the 4th and SCOTUS will do to this bill.

The first blow, hopefully more to come.

Now if we can kill this damn dream act!!!

Don’t forget the lack of a severability clause.
If one part is unconstitutional, all is unconstitutional.

There was no severability clause, therefore the whole bill is toast, as in there is no bill.
