Judge in Va. strikes down federal health care law

A federal judge declared the Obama administration's health care law unconstitutional Monday, siding with Virginia's attorney general in a dispute that both sides agree will ultimately be decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.

U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson is the first federal judge to strike down the law, which has been upheld by two others in Virginia and Michigan. Several other lawsuits have been dismissed and others are pending, including one filed by 20 other states in Florida.

The bozos on the US Supreme Court will overturn this.

This case will be decided by the swing justice, Anthony Kennedy. The four justices who were appointed by Republicans will agree with the original ruling by Judge Hudson. The four justices who were appointed by Democrats will disagree with the original ruling.

negative.. it will be 5-4 to overturn it... IF the accept certiorari... what are the chances they will not accept cert?

yes, sorry I agree, 5-4 to overturn HC.

I misspoke, I meant that 5-4 decision to uphold the CONSTITUTION ( thus overturning Obamacare)
