“Jindalcouldnt even build a sandbar to protect his states coastline from an oil spill. Oh, and he isnt natural born either.”
To be fair here, have you heard any of his recent interviews about his book (that he wrote in large part out of anger over the disgraceful BHO treatment of the BP spill and his outrageous treatment of La. and Jindal while down there)? He outlines how he (BJ) had workers ready to start building the sand berms and BHO said they had to wait at least two weeks while he “got authorization” for them to begin??
As to your second statement - that hasn’t seemed to be a problem for the current occupier of the White House now, has it? In fact, it’d be very interesting were Jindal the candidate, to see just how the ‘Rats and lamestream media would treat THAT issue, since they’ve totally ignored it with BHO and so fiercely protected him.
You made some good points. But let me tell you, I was not that impressed with his story about Obama coming off of AF-1 and instead of discussing with Jindal about the spill, Obama dressed him down about Food Stamps.
Jindal stood there with a deer in the headlights look.
He should have told Obama right there on the tarmac—”Hey, pal, we have millions of gallons of oil spilling while you’re here for a photo op. I don’t a sh%t about Food Stamps right now. Call that idiot Salazar right now and tell him I want permission for those berms right now.I am done asking. If you can’t do that, get back up those stairs and take off, and those berms will be there by Friday.”
See, that’s a leader. None of this “respect for the office” crap for this Marxist.
Jindal was being punished because he was a Republican. Surely he must have known that with Obama. Obama and Salazar have almost ruined Louisiana’s economy.
Jindal wringing his hands and waiting and waiting for permission made him look weak.
Had he just acted decisively on behalf of his state he would have been a national hero. This could have been Obama’s Katrina and should have been.
All I am saying is when you have an emergency on your hands, you can;t wait for others to act. And I feel Jindal was too deferential to the Feds. His deference has been repaid—now all new drilling is verboten on the Gulf, and Louisiana will suffer the loss of many good jobs. Even now, Jindal should be pounding someone’s desk to get this ban overturned.
As much as folks like him, we both know he is not Constitutionally qualified to be President, just like Obama.
After two years of an illegal President we have to make sure 1) Obama is given the bum’s rush out of the White House and 2) We never allow this to happen again.
