This will be the first step towards a police state controlled Internet.

LOL, we already don't have a free internet - the major ISPs have seen to it that there isn't a free market when it comes to the internet.

We wouldn't even be having to discuss net neutrality and whether companies can control what you do on the internet if we actually had a true free market. It's a shame that the politicians at the local and state levels have been bought off by the ISPs and telcos, allowing them to kill off the free market.
