Toomey to Support Don’t Ask / Don’t Tell Repeal
NRO ^ | 12/16/2010 | Daniel Foster

Posted on 12/16/2010 11:42:12 AM PST by OldDeckHand

Senator-Elect Pat Toomey has just issued a statement supporting repeal of “Don’t Ask/Don’t Tell.”

“As I’ve said previously, my highest priority is to have the policy that best enables our armed services to do their job,” Senator-Elect Toomey said. “Our civilian and professional military leadership have now spoken and said we should repeal Don’t Ask Don’t Tell. I would support a free-standing measure to do so.”

If Majority Leader Reid keeps his word, the freestanding repeal measure passed by the House yesterday will be voted on in the Senate in the lame duck, before Sen.-Elect Toomey is seated. Still, the support of a credible conservative like Toomey is a sure sign that repeal is likely to pass.

“Also is against Western traditions and religion”

Its more than that its not natural and wicked. What stops us from lowering the age of consent or marriage to animals - they are only laws to...made by man to be changed by man.

Until the free benefits run out for the welfare masses the elitist pigs in DC and Manhattan will determine our fate and destroy our society. This is all a matter of control - we are being conditioned to accept perversity, unlawfulness, lies and deciept. Welcome to 1984.....

ONE thing?

It is a big “ONE” thing not some dip dunk vote for some pork barrel project, the ending of DADT is the keystone for mainstreaming the Homosexual Agenda, more or less their version of Roe v Wade.

Spare the minimization.

If you went to party and a host offered you a glass of punch from a punch bowl filled with 99 ounces of punch and a one ounce turd, would you drink it?

What a stupid thing to say. The only way you’re going to agree 100% with a candidate is if you run yourself.

I agree with Hildy. It’s appalling seeing some of the real nasty things said about Pat Toomey here. Are you going to call Jeff Flake a liberal now since he voted for the repeal of DADT in the House? Is he a leftist?

Merry Christmas season to you and yours, may you have all of the blessings of health, and physical and mental comfort!

Same to you and your Cboldt. Always good to hear from you.

Can you believe it was 10 years ago that we were in the FR IRC chat room ranting about the 2000 election chads?

LOL. How time flies.

Toomey is kind of libertarian being in that Club for Growth which thinks the free market can cure anything, even toe fungus. There are lots of gay libertarians he has encountered that he feels sympatico with. This is why he said this about DADT. Gays tend to be anarchistic and so do libertarians. Gays want sexual anarchy. Getting the picture now?

Gays want the kind of sexual anarchy that denies 5000+ years of Judeo-Christian thought and tradition. They feel they can do better. Actually gay sexual anarchy (men marrying men) is a return to pre-Judaic paganism

Just wait ‘till the lawsuits start rolling in with 100% out and overt gays suing the military for various things that cramp their style. Such as not enough low cost military housing for the gays and their live in domestic partners. Such as a gay claiming he was denied a promotion just because he is gay

The possibilities are endless once the lawyers get involved.

Sure does. Kids are near grown up already, the bald spot has essentially won its war against hair, etc. So many changes happening so quickly. Keeping a close watch on the politicians was fun entertainment for a few years, but once it became clear that they are fundamentally skunks, and the process is opaque by their design and intention, the fun went out of it. Nice to know I am able to see through the fog, but there isn't anything there worth seeing, that people don't already know in the general sense.

Trying to keep busy with paying or productive work is more personally rewarding. Keep the faith, good to see you around.

Some things you need to know.

1. Do not associate the filthy and perverted deviant behavior of homosexuals with blacks.

2. Black people are free today because of preachers and churches.

3. None of the other “expansions” was an act of thumbing a nose at God. This one is. This and the other affront to God, abortion, will surely call for repentance like never before seen on this planet.

Anyone who cannot see what the end will be for legitimizing this perverse act is truly blind.

This guy needs a major "unliking" on FaceBook. And leave him a message that his betrayal was not unnoticed.

It's amazing how fast these people we voted for are turning into cockroaches.
