When Reid's bill passes, said Wong, "the young people of the DREAM Act movement will go on to accomplish and do great things. ... You will go on to become lawyers, teachers, doctors and members of the U.S. Congress to replace those old white men ... ."

If the DREAM Act passes, Wong is right about whose time has come and gone.

Imagine a white professor saying this about those of Asian or Mexican ethnicity.

America: where ‘guest workers’ are a higher class of citizen than ‘mere peon*’.

*formerly known as Citizen.

Why are we surprised? Obama said he was going to fundamentally change this country.

No, it is not ours anymore and we have our government to thank. Our laws and our public policy favor and benefit foreigners and non-citizens to the detriment of American citizens. We are at the bottom of the government’s list of priorities, except when it comes to donating what we have earned to the big pile of tax revenue that the government turns around and gives to those who haven’t earned it. OUR GOVERNMENT NO LONGER SERVES OUR BEST INTERESTS. WE ARE NO LONGER REPRESENTED.

Buchanan was right in 1992 and he has been proven correct today regarding massive immigration from third world countries, both legal and illegal. I’m not confident the tide can even be reversed anymore.

Every election, and every vote will save it. Less than that and we will lose it. We lost California.

Face it, a great percentage of the problems in the US from finance to health issues begins with the word "illegals".

Sorry, I still don't get why it is tolerated.

California was lost when a judge overturned Prop 87. We have treasonous judges throughout this nation. We are probably sunk. At least I have the satisfaction of knowing that I will probably be dead by 2050, if not sooner.

This has been going on since long before Obama, and will most likely continue long after he leaves office.

Gramsci called for a "long march through the institutions" and the Frankfurt school put it into practice. It was mostly complete by the end of the 1960s.

Everything from the Methodist church to the local school board, to the Pentagon is thoroughly infected with the liberal virus. I believe it to be of the autoimmune variety.

When a nation becomes a safety valve for the world’s problems, as America has become, one can only let off steam, as Americans do.

“You will go on to become lawyers, teachers, doctors and members of the U.S. Congress to replace those old white men ... .”

.
Someone should investigate how we got to this point in our immigration policy. You can bet that the insiduous hand of the UN plays a significant role in this destruction of the West.

Why is it that there is only migration from 3rd world nations to the West and why is it that only the West has to lose its identity and accept that of its immigrants?

I think as the lot of Americans continues to deteriorate you will see a hardening of resolve; five years ago a law like Arizona’s would have been unthinkable. More states are passing them (so they don’t become banana republics filled with unproductive illegals producing only children and consuming everything in sight). Nobody even publicly defends them anymore, since it is now obvious that they weren’t let in to do work Americans wouldn’t do, but were to steal those jobs for much less compensation.

There should be no work visas granted to any foreigner while unemployment is so high.

Yeah, pretty much. Innoculate your family and your immediate community as best you can, and ride it out.

I consider the Washington/New York axis occupied territory and try to shield me and mine from them as much as I can, financially, culturally and spiritually. It's the best I can do.

Is This Our America Anymore?

Of course not.
We let in our sworn enemies, be they Muslims or Hispanics swearing
vengence on the Yankees.

As Reagan said (IIRC) a country without a border is not a country.

What I don’t get is why we aren’t implementing a border-security policy which involves the phrase “interlocking fields of fire”...
