Why would you slug someone for telling the truth?

That lifestyle kills. REAL love tells someone the truth. REAL love tells people that the homosexual lifestyle is destructive.

There are misguided Christians that believe it is hateful to tell the truth because it hurts people. Jesus told the truth. Sometimes it hurt people. But Jesus really loved them and wanted to save people. The truth is not hateful. It CAN be said in a hateful manner but the truth isn’t hateful.

I think the only people who use that word died 150 years ago. I don’t care what people do behind closed doors. Their private, consensual behavior is none of my business and none of yours. To be fair to Andy, I spent my youth and adulthood (until age 40) in and around “hollywood.” I bet I know and knew as many gays as most around here.

The term “sodomite” seldom came up and was just laughed off as an anachronism in my experience. It certainly didn’t seems to require “putting someone’s lights out.”

I just wonder from what perspective Andy is coming from. Your response is illuminating.

For the record: I don’t hate human beings that are gay. But I absolutely oppose the gay agenda for all the reasons Jim has expounded. I came to that conclusion myself long before I was a FReeper but Jim says it much better than I could.

It is not hate. It is legitimate political concerns.

Andy would never be so harsh with a relative or friend who was gay,AS HE IS WITH US. That would be uncool man. I'll bet he has never uttered a disparaging word to one of the multitude of homo friends he seems to have. How does he know for sure they are gay anyway?

Really? The poster named them and attacked them on FR? Personally? Your friend threatened a poster by name. Who are Andy's friends? Do they read FR? Post here? Do we know them?

Homosexuality is a deviant lifestyle. Homosexuals were NOT "born that way". It is a destructive lifestyle that kills. And many have bought the propaganda. That in itself is destructive.

My brother is a homosexual. His health is failing. I love him to pieces but he has chosen a lifestyle that is going to kill him. He lived with me for 2 years and avoided that lifestyle. He talked about it as destructive and hedonistic. Then he met "the love of his life". The 4th or 5th by now. I haven't heard from him in 3 years.

Homosexuals are not stable people. I'm very afraid for him. But he made a choice.

When they do it, it is ok. It is wrong only when the other guy does it.

Example: When I do it, it is a prementive strike. When it is done to me, it is a sneak attack or stab in the back.

What i think will happen is the draft will HAVE to be re-instated at some point, strengthening the standing Army in the long term. Until then, in the short term, I envision massive amounts of frontline troops not reelisting.
