For years, proponents of so-called "net neutrality" have been calling for strong regulation of broadband "on-ramps" to the Internet, like those provided by your local cable or phone companies. Rules are needed, the argument goes, to ensure that the Internet remains open and free, and to discourage broadband providers

There was a time the FCC was relevant—when the airwaves needed to be allocated to avoid interference. Soon, few will listen to radio over the airwaves at home or office. Why would they when the transmissions come in crystal clear over the Internet? Ditto everything else. No more hassling talk shows over language when they can opt out to satellite rebroadcast.
But in order for BO style socialism to take hold, shrill criticism must be reigned in, and that is what the king, through his minions, seeks to do.

Nothing from the Jokers eligibility to whatever law they see fit to pass be it obmacare, dream act,or net neutrality is ever hindered by existing law or legislation.
This is a regime run/gone wild and the only way to ultimately stop them is vote all the bastards out from top to bottom.
Genochowski has surrounded himself with communists so why shouldn’t he act like one re freedom of the airwaves?
This man and his red minions need to be the subject of a congressional investigation and hearing.
Also his funding should be cut off.
