NEW HAVEN — A Board of Education administrator was arrested Wednesday for allegedly making anonymous, early-morning and sexually graphic calls to several Board of Education employees, a woman whose mother attends his mosque and one parent of a former student at the school where he served as principal.
Kevin Muhammad, 38, of New Haven, now an assistant principal at the Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School, faces six counts of second-degree harassment, and sources say additional arrest warrants are forthcoming.
Muhammad allegedly made more than 1,000 calls to one victim, police said.
An employee of the city Board of Education since 2008, his first assignment was as principal at Wexler-Grant School in Dixwell, where four of the victims currently work or worked.
He was placed on administrative leave on Nov. 29, when the district became aware of the police investigation, said Education Chief Operating Officer William Clark. The Board of Education, he stated, was cooperating with the investigation.

Muhammad, whose birth name is Kevin Campbell, was an assistant principal in Bridgeport’s Harding High School until New Haven hired him in 2008. He served as principal for two years at Wexler-Grant and, according to Clark, was demoted at the beginning of this school year because of performance-related issues.
It would be interesting to know what this ‘muslim’s’ IQ is and where and how he got through education higher than the 4th grade.
He looks like a ‘chip on the shoulder’ negro who lusted after a higher rung on the ladder and got discouraged.

My opinion would be the same if he was a "Christian."
He’s a convert to Islam. He probably converted because Islam gives sanction to how he wanted to behave anyway.

And for the woman, after several calls I would have 1) changed the number, 2) made it unlisted, 3) gotten caller ID, and 4) blocked calls from blocked numbers.
Even if he would have had her number, if he was blocking the number, the call would not go through. If he was dumb enough to call on an unblocked line, it would be registered.
I agree. Religion doesn’t come in to play in this one. The guy needs to be locked up. I just hope he didn’t take advantage of his positions to take this beyond phone calls.

It’s the nature of Islam. It’s so repressive for normal sexual relations but promotes abnormal sexual gratification and then claims if you satisfy those urges, you get stoned.
I want to see the local Imam demand that this guy get stoned. If it were a woman doing the same thing, you know they’d demand a good stoning.
Wonder how many student’s he harassed. Bet he didn’t stop with the teachers and the mammas.
