Sound to me that Larry did not want to leave.... Perhaps CNN told him to retire or get fired?

Larry King Dead and the newly-engaged 84 year-old Hugh Heffner should get together for lunch to compare notes on political, mental and erectile disfunction.
Then they can fall asleep in their tea cups and the bus boy can steal their credit cards.

Larry King was a big ass liar just like Buffet. Both said in first person “I should pay more taxes.” Both meant in third person that Jim should pay more taxes. They have the ability to choose. Their choice was tyranny.

King seems to have fancied himself as a journalist and an expert on the media. He is neither.

Can you imagine if Jeff Dunham came up with a Larry King Puppet to debate Walter ... LMBO at the very thought.

I’m glad to say that I managed to miss the whole Larry King thing. Other than seeing him make cameo appearances on movies, I’ve not suffered his banality.

And who is Larry King but the host of a very mediocre cable show.
To: Nachum
Both Fox News Channels Sean Hannity and MSNBCs Rachel Maddow offered their best to outgoing legendary anchor Larry King...........In all seriousness, exactly how is it that he's legendary?

Nothing captures Larry King Alive better than Rush's parody of King interviewing Ken Starr and James Carville.

Well, I wouldn’t call it a “crushing blow”, but King does have a point.
Hannity is entertaining, but I never tune in expecting any sort of serious debate. He’s very much a talking points guy, and he tends to talk over his guests regardless of their views.
Maddow, of course, is a complete leftist shill. The only difference between her and the likes of Olbermann and “Sgt” Ed Schultz is that Maddow is smart enough to put on a phony “journalist cap” when she spins.

Nah, the ol' Toaf Larry King gets other to do his preaching for him. Like Ross Perot.
I'll never forget Larry letting Goerge Stephanopolous get through with a telephone ambush of George HW Bush in 92.

King has long said his style involved doing as little talking as possible during interviews...BS. And he was even worse on his radio show. He bullied his callers constantly.
To: Nachum
why the HELL would hannity offer his best to larry king? Seriously? Why not just let him ride off into the sunset. Just because larry was retiring doesn’t mean everyone in the world is sad or cares.
