Having Mayor Bloomberg investigating the NYC Sanitation Workers Union is like screwing for chastity. The results are about the same.

Maybe running a garden hose from the tailpipe into the cab would have enhanced the union thug operator’s nap.

Anybody have a link to Leno’s video of the deliberate smashing of cars, block after block?

They may have gone too far this time. There may well be too many people who saw all this going on. This didn’t happen in a smoke-filled back room somewhere. this was up front and in the public’s face and people died.

This one is different.

these fat ass parasites need to be jailed for intentional theft of public money. If Bloombutt doesnt seek indictments on these guys he is one of them. I want no mercy to this criminal activity.

It will take an attorney like the one who figured out the DNA testing scam in the Duke lacrosse case to unravel the fudged records that will ultimately, begrudgingly, after a very long court fight, be turned over. By then, those records will be so cooked it will take a Cray III and a supreme master software writer with a doctorate in engineering to get to the truth.

That attorney is wrong if it can be proved that the negligence was deliberate because it means that these victims could have been helped and would have been helped but for the aggravated negligence. That shifts the contributory aspect of the storm to the city’s and union’s shoulders. in other words, yes, there was a storm, yes, there was heavy snow. But the snowplows were there and wantonly refused to clear the roads for emergency vehicles. That’s a very different legal scenario than them making a genuine effort but being physically unable to get through because of the volume of snow.

But the city and the unions will pay off the victims. If they’re all poor, they will take the money and leave town on advice of counsel. That’s what city poor do.

[edit]Harassment controversies

Bloomberg has previously been accused of sexually harassing women under his employment, which he has denied. In 1997, a former Bloomberg L.P. employee who became pregnant while employed filed a lawsuit accusing Bloomberg of saying “Kill it!” and “great, No. 16”, which may have been a reference to the number of pregnant women in the company.

In December 2008, Portfolio magazine published a story: “Mayor Bloomberg’s Delicate Condition”, which reported that in September 2007, the EEOC filed a class-action lawsuit against Bloomberg’s company on behalf of three women who worked on the business side, plus a group of women who worked at Bloomberg’s company between 2002 and the present. The article said the plaintiffs “now total 72, out of about 500 women who took maternity leave during that time, a high percentage, according to the agency”.

Just like he was sure it was a “disgruntled right-wing white guy upset about FUBOcare” that attempted to blow up times square. What an asshat he is.

I’m not sure the man was in on it. But he has to be one of the most naive and/or densest persons to have ever held political office. Though it’s hard to beat former pres. Carter or former NYC Mayor Lindsey.

Bloomberg’s only real claim to fame is a fast enter key finger necessary for Wall Street timing ploys. Not sure how valuable Bloomberg financial analysis is as it missed the coming sub-prime debacle and other major financial arena disasters. But, then, so did DOW, NASDAQ and all the rest of them.

So NYC leadership screwed over the taxpayers and citizens with the botched cleanup to pad their overtime checks. Now Bloomberg will waste thousands of dollars to “investigate” and come to his pre-determined conclusion.

Since Katrina was supposed to be “Bush’s fault,” this New York Snow Mess is, necessarily, “obama’s fault”!

“I wonder if they can sue the city.”

Screw the city, they are dead broke. Sue the union. They have all the $$$$!
