Like a muscle that atrophies when unused, the power of the U.S. Constitution also withers when its meaning is lost on the people. And, sadly, for many people its meaning most certainly has been lost.

Today, our Federal government illegally conducts; a national take over of our health care, illegal search and seizure at our airports, a seemingly endless use of your tax dollars to prop up failing businesses, and much more. If people were to view the Constitution properly, as an enumeration of powers delegated to the federal government, one would be hard-pressed to find a day go by without serious Constitutional violations.

However these illegal intrusions are not root of the problem facing our lives today but are instead only symptoms of a much greater sickness of “ignorance” that has infected the American people. The only cure for ignorance is education.

Enter Michael Boldin and the Tenth Amendment Center.

Or, as Chuck Norris put it in his Human Events and TownHall column last year:

“I would encourage you to go to the Tenth Amendment Center and learn more about your 10th Amendment rights”

Established in 2006, the Tenth Amendment Center has been leading the charge to re-educate the American public on the meaning and importance of decentralization as a path to liberty – which is just what the Tenth Amendment affirmed in the U.S. Constitution.

Contact your congressman, senators, County Sheriff, DA, State Legislators, Governor, and County Grand Jury Foreman and demand that they indict, prosecute, convict and imprison BO and all his local co-conspirators for the Birth Certificate Forgeries, TSA Sexual Assaults, Voter Fraud, Identity Theft, Illegal Foreign Campaign Contributions, Poisoning of the Gulf of Mexico, Embezzlement of Government funds etc.

In the First Amendment, we the People are given the unalienable right “peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

In the Fifth Amendment, we the people are given the right to make a “presentment” of criminal charges against corrupt government officials. Historically, a presentment was used when a prosecutor or district attorney would not seek an indictment against a government official. Thus, you see, our Founding Fathers vested we the people with the power to prosecute corrupt government officials without intervention by judges or government attorneys.

In the Ninth Amendment, it is unequivocally stated that, “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

In the Tenth Amendment, it is clearly stated, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution…are reserved…to the people.”

What does that mean in the context of the power of Citizen Grand Jurors?

Simply stated it means that Citizens can form Grand Juries with or without the consent of any branch of the Judiciary, Federal or State. Furthermore, it means that any and all Federal or State Rules or Laws of Criminal Procedure are unconstitutional to the extent that they limit the formation of Citizen Grand Juries to prior or post approval by any Branch of the Judiciary, Federal or State.

Extrapolate from John Adams and John Marshall (and Marbury, of course) to today and nobody should be surprised that the Constitution is now meaningless to those in power.

Many of us have been reading a lot of our Constitution lately. I for one find it pretty discouraging to watch as the federal government tramples it into the ground and know (like them) that there ain't a damn thing we can do about it.

The population has grown so large and diverse that we have only minimal and short lived successes at the ballot box and the criminals in Congress are comforted in knowing that nothing more serious than whining and sending emails will ever come from grass roots citizen action.

We are damn close to the point of Obama (or another scoundrel) being able to copy a Chavez like power grab and the most we would, or could do is stand in line and wait for our new papers and national IDs

I can relate to your post. After these past two years it’s not hard to see Washington isn’t listening...especially after these past primary elections.....and the march there continues unabated.

The people Marched in front of their noses time and again....e-mails took down their sites. Beck and others stood on their steps with throngs of “The People”...and still their March continues.

It isn’t they don’t hear us...they do...it’s it truly doesn’t chnage the path they are on. They will allow their “fall guys” to fall for the good of their cause...and they have done so.

I’m not at all certain which path the people can take to turn this ship around. Time is not on our side as we have seen in this Lame-Duck session they will not stop moving forward.

Pelosi was taken down and just sprang up in another place...Reid and all the others continue to steer the boat no matter if there’s fire in the water or not.

It’s not The Peoples country in their eyes....it’s their’s!.... and they are showing us just how little we can do to stop them.

So what’s the solution?

In all honesty I don't think there is a solution. I believe we passed the point of no return with the election of Obama and his subsequent appointment of 57 Czars.

Asnswer truthfully; "If Obama suspended Congress tomorrow and declared Marshall Law, what do you think would happen?"


My fearful answer is, "Not a damn thing". I think Americans would silently turn in their passports and bankbooks and line up for their national ID cards on command. A couple might turn to violence and quickly be taken down as an example and that would be the end of it all.

I can't say that this won't happen....but I don't underestimate the 'manipulation of the public' by Washington, along with a controlled media, to divert that from ever happening.

They are Masters at deceiving the public... and not enough of the public are informed... rather are still easily misled. By the time they are reeling from the affects of the latest push by this administration the damage has been done and they are on to the next "change" while the public has delayed reaction.

It's been this way for some time...Congress does something and then it's reported on...the news spins and by the time the truth is known it's all a done deal.Then we all clamor about it until the next wave. Round and round it goes.

Congress has nothing other to do then to plan and navigate the system in Washington during their work day....the Public have jobs to go to and families to care for. Leaving prescious little time to "fight" this onslaught.

We don’t. I see it like this: The tax base is depleted and the Nation is broke. The Chinese are already decreasing the amounts of our debt they are willing to buy. When the permanent underclass demoncrap voters lose their freebees, they will riot and pillage. The productive will shoot them down as they try to raid those more successful. This will spill over into the political class.
