White House dismisses health care repeal effort

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The White House is dismissing GOP plans to try to repeal the health care law as "symbolic" and "a bit of huff and puff."

Press secretary Robert Gibbs made the comments at his press briefing Wednesday, the same day Republicans assumed the majority in the House.
