The MODS have (I recall once about a large Obama cartoon/parody image I had enlarged and posted - only once - on one FR thread - but I had not created it myself - the smaller original has appeared posted by others in the last 2 weeks) and can ping me on an open FR thread or notify me by FReepmail at any time they think I go over the line - in their opinions -
I will and have respected that
I just find it very odd that a (rational ?) FReeper would zip around FR and say “I WILL HAVE YOU BANNED!” - when all they have to do is ping a mod or hit the ABUSE button
I believe it was a rare case of lack of comprehension - Most FReepers are much smarter than that
Free Republic has intelligent and efficient MODS and Jim Robinson knows what he is doing and is hardly a shrinking violet on his own posts on FR threads.
Perhaps the proper response to the ALLCAPS using rare dissenter/thread patrol poster is to simply reply:
