Thank you so much for your outstanding post. I completely agree with you about the fear.
After this, I don’t know who will feel free to even question or write our representatives. They already called us enough horrible names (behind our backs, to the public tv stations, on tape, etc.) before. They wouldn’t meet with us because they were afraid of us!! They finally met with us and told us to shut up. We’re wrong and they are right seems to be the tone.
I’m pinging some other local friends in case they have anything to add right now.
Yes, that is exactly what it means. Sort of like what’s mine is mine and what’s yours is mine.
It appears to me from what’s been reported so far the shooter was a an avowed leftist. If this is true, then the call for lowering the tone would seem to apply only to the left. In any case. I have not heard one threat of violence from a conservative, Tea Party or Tea Party member. All the demrat alleged threats were ultimately proven to be false.
Therefore, if there’s any toning down to be done the demrats need to do it.
Which is exactly what yours was. Show some decency.
A day, or perhaps even two, so members can attend any funerals if they wish? Yes, that’s appropriate.
An entire week? No, IMO. Boehner and Cantor et al have just ceded the field to the slanderous lies of the MFM for this entire week. Get back to work, you wusses.
