TUCSON, AZ (KOLD) - The man sought by the FBI and Pima County Sheriffs deputies as a "person of interest" turned out to be the suspect's cab driver, The Arizona Daily Star is reporting. The man told detectives he gave Jared Loughner a ride to the shopping center where the shooting took place on Oracle and Ina roads. The cab driver walked with Loughner into the Safeway store so the suspect could get cash to pay the fare, according to the Arizona Daily Star report. More from the article: FBI Director Robert Mueller said he expects federal charges to be filed Sunday afternoon against Loughner. There's a possibility the charges may be related to domestic terrorism, Mueller said. Stay with KOLD News for further updates. Records substantiate the driver dropped Loughner off at 9:59 a.m., Kastigar said. Loughner was picked up nearby. The first report of a shooting came in 10:11 a.m. and paramedics were on scene at 10:16 a.m., Kastigar said.
Explains why official thought he (the driver) was a "person of interest" since they would've appeared together on cam going into the store.
I can't really imagine what's gone through the cabbie's mind since the incident.

True. This incident has revealed "problems" that the left is intent upon "fixing". Every one of those "fixes" will represent a further shredding of the Constitution.

While it is now known that Loughner worked for Gifford’s election campaign in 2007, that Gifford subscribed to Loughner’s website since Oct. 25, 2010, suggests the two may have been in contact more recently.
Oddly, the only other YouTube channel Giffords subscribed to was that of former Rep. Ike Skelton, D-Mo., who lost his seat in November to Republican challenger Vicky Hartzler.

What in the hell are you talking about....? First of all, a duel is a battle between people generally settling a point of honor. Dual references two parts.
Secondly, provide some evidence of gassing.....especially of fish. Think about it.
Finally, it's LYME disease. It's spread by ticks who feed on rodents and humans. It's origin and method of transmission are similar to bubonic plague.

Maybe it’s just me, but it seems the Ft. Hood tragedy was almost “downplayed” by comparison. I bet few people on the street could even tell you who Nidal Hasan is. Everyone, particularly Obama and the administration, was gingerly tiptoeing around his ethnicity and background.
In 1966, on my fifteenth birthday, horrible carnage occurred at the University of Texas, Austin, where a guy (Charles Whitman, Marine) went up in the tower and picked off people walking below, killing 16 and wounding 32. Before the rampage from the tower, he had murdered his mother and wife. One interesting aspect of this guy was that at his autopsy, an undiagnosed brain tumor was found. Some said it may have contributed to his emotional state.
There are going to be lone, wacked-out nutjobs out there who “obey the voices” and go on rampages. I live near Atlanta where a trooper stopping a guy for a busted-out headlight was shot dead by the driver, who had been in jail EIGHTEEN TIMES. If our PC culture/court system won’t deal with their bizarreness, the public’s best defense is to be on a somewhat level playing field with these monsters.
Charges? I know they comped his food and hospital.

I do not get to listen to Rush on a regular basis... today is a big "Snow Day" in Atlanta - so I will be able to tune in. Also - it appears we dodged the bullet on ice causing power outages - so we can stay warm, make chili - listen to Rush... prepare for the BCS game tonight. Pretty much a perfect winter day here :)
