Quix, I have no desire to get into word-parsing, etc. with you because that's exactly what the vituperative religious forums evolve into today.

I've made my position clear on the couple blurbs I've posted here which is.....I don't see the point of a religious forum that is almost always a battlefield and leads to fights, nastiness and divisions between freepers.

Doctrine of any faith has nothing to do with my position. It's the endless nasty internecine warfare.

A case in point and without getting into the doctrines, beliefs, organization etc. of Mormonism, I have seen and still see a Mormon thread running or being posted new almost EVERY SINGLE DAY for YEARS. It's obsessive....it's actually creepy the obsession with Mormonism and how long this obsession has continued.

The threads always evolve into open warfare. I've also seen anti-Catholic obsessiveness also. Civilized debate is one thing, obsessive behavior on this forum is another.

These peculiar behavior patterns and desire to fight by a relative handful of zealots has gone on for years...and what's the point except an ever-widening circle of freepers who can't stand each other or their religious views.

I've made my point and will not go on as I am not in any way obsessive/compulsive....nor do I relish prolonged freeper infighting and nit-picking over religious doctrines while our country is foundering.

Leni
