Well said Wonder Warthog. I think this organized attempt to discredit Sarah Palin will backfire big-time and we just might be looking at our next POTUS. I for one wouldn’t mind that one bit. As opposed to what we have now, I KNOW she could be a REAL president. God bless this wonderful country and God bless Sarah Palin.
In my estimation the term blood libel was used appropriatly by Sarah Palin and the Left seems to have mis represented the term. THey gave only a partial understanding of the term.I believe it goes all the way back to when Cain killed his brother -over Gods reception of the sacrifice offered. And thus giving Obama his favorite campaign slogan “I am my brothers keeper,Iam my sisters keeper.”But who am I?

The term Blood Libel applies nicely to the situation even with the definition given by the MSM; substitute conservatives for Jews, liberals and the media for “catholics”. On a related note, there are countries in the middle east that continue the blood libel against Jews to this day, claiming that Jews use the blood of muslim children to make cookies. The Lefties took two words out of this 8-minute speech and ignored all the rest of what she said. They are on such a hair-trigger (sorry for the use of gun metaphors, that might incite someone) to anything she says.
It reminds me of a horror movie where the main character is slowly going mad and every time he sees or hears a certain word he just goes nuts until finally he goes completely over the edge. The MSM has just about gone over the edge on this one.
As people on FR say, “she lives rent free inside the liberal’s heads”.
I don’t know Gov. Palin so I am ill equipped to know what goes on in her mind—except from what I have observed in her public comments.
These observations indicate to me she is who she says she is and she says what she believes. Moreover, she can (and does) effectively explain and defend her views. Nothing she says or writes is disingenuous or meant to conceal her belief in traditional conservative America.
Her use of the term “blood libel” was deliberate and apt. The left’s (including RINOs) reaction to it says to me that she hit a nerve. I like conservative politicians who hit the Left’s nerves and she’s the only so-called conservative pres. contender doing it.

Johnny Carson once said, “it’s when people don’t discuss your name at all you should worry”. Most people know this woman enough to draw their own conclusion. People who like her (Sarah) will remain in supporting her.....the MSM’S strategy to distort her isn’t working, thankfully.
I had to change channels last night for the first. The only news (TV) I watch is 6:00 Pm Standard Time, Bret Baier. Charles Krauthammer just will not stop belittling Sarah....he does this any time her name is the subject of a discussion. I’m determined not to listen to his discussions pertaining to Mr’s Palin any longer and, I hope others who support Mr’s Palin will do the same. Elitism for some in the GOP (Krauthammer) are going to cause a de-funding for the up-coming GOP elections, I’m afraid !!!!

I used to actually look forward to Krauthammer’s opinions. Now, with a new clarity of who he truly is, I just don't care what he says.

To the life of me, do these GOP elitist think they are fooling people with their left leaning rhetoric ?/ abortion, homosexuality to name a few.
Obama has made statements to the Arab world about where his allegiances lie, maybe Sarah is making a statement too. And, she is also just addressing, right up front, the issue of whose money she is going to be campaigning against. Management-wise, it's a proper first step.
I was impressed with her demeanor. I have been wanting to see her gravitas face. Wish it hadn’t seemed sort of opportunistic. I think “blood libel” is a good term. Knowingly, maliciously, and falsely claiming that someone has blood on their hands is libel, and it’s libel over blood.
1) Negative Event Occurs.
2) Immediately blame Sarah Palin.
3) Events unfold showing Sarah Palin not at fault, or even involved.
4) Blame Sarah Palin harder.
5) IF SARAH PALIN DOES NOT RESPOND: Declare her out-of-touch and non-Presidential.
