YouTube video that prompted the suspension of Tucson shooting suspect Jared Lee Loughner in September was released Friday by officials at Pima Community College and included rambling statements such as "We are examining the torture of students" and "This is genocide in America."

The video, no longer on the website, was released to The Times following a public records request and offers the extended example of Loughner's voice.

What are you?

You're a statist troll, best I can tell. Janet Nappy would be proud.

yep, statist is a good description. You've bought the party line.

Once again, you are trying to make an illogical link. I have made it clear why I make my posts. You have, too!

If you consider being against pot use, a murder, and schizophrenia as ‘statist’, you may indeed need to be put on a list.

I'm not the one out of kilter, here. You lump the use of pot with murder and schizoid behavior. I am now more convinced that you are just "in the bottle". Your posts are getting slurred more...

Well, you guys think that using pot is the same as jaywalking.. Or as about as consequential.

I’m not surprised that you can’t make any connection between the negatives of your pot use and reality.

I don't know "you guys". But, yes, they are both intrusions on personal liberty.

You're not surprised, you're clueless! I did not say I used pot. I do say pot use was not the cause of these killings. I also say that you have very strong OPINIONS, but few facts on your side!

Good night.

I certainly have facts that pot does indeed CAUSE schizophrenic reactions on users in some cases.

It’s best for everyone to AVOID pot.

It may indeed cause this kind of reaction. It has, with clinical studies and my personal experience.

Hey, if you wanna say it’s ok to use it and continue to use it, what can I do. Don’t you dare say that I’m lying though.

"In the video, Loughner states, “The war that we are in right now is currently illegal under the Constitution”;"

Seems to me I hear Libertarians say the same thing.

While many libertarians may oppose preemptive war (I'm not one of them), I can't find anywhere in the Constitution which defines what would characterize an "illegal" war. That's Leftist tripe.

I hear the term "illegal war" from Marxists, not libertarians.

Since the President is the Commander-In-Chief, he can order our armed forces into any situation he chooses, with or without a formal Declaration of War by Congress.

If the President wages a War which is sufficiently against the will of the People and/or Congress, the only punishment which can be imposed while the President is in office is to impeach him.

IMHO, however, we should have formally declared War on Al Qaida, just to make it perfectly clear. However, during wartime, as we all know, civil liberties can be more easily restricted. But this situation would allow for profiling, for example, which is what we should be doing instead of harassing the citizenry in general, such as the TSA is now doing. This practice would obviously provide better security in the long run.

I imagine this guy was high on weed 24/7 for the longest time.

What have you been high on for the longest time that makes you trip out on irrational rage like that? Any evidence that the % of dope smoking mass murderers is any higher than the % of non dope smoking mass murderers?

Weed is best avoided by anybody seeking a productive life. So is sanctimonious rage that makes one look foolish and a bit unhinged.

... and my personal experience.

'Nuff said. You're a schizo. You should try pot. I understand it helps...

"Despite previous media claims to the contrary, researchers concluded: “Although the onset of cannabis use disorder preceded the onset of illness in most patients, our findings suggest that age at onset of psychosis was not associated with cannabis use disorders. Previous studies implicating cannabis use disorders in schizophrenia may need to more comprehensively assess the relationship between cannabis use disorders and schizophrenia, and take into account the additional variables that we found associated with cannabis use disorders.” ...

... Both study’s findings are in line with previous (though virtually unreported) research indicating that marijuana is unlikely to instigate incidences of schizophrenia in the general population, that cannabis use among patients with the disease is associated with higher cognitive function, and that at least some schizophrenics find subjective relief from symptoms of the illness by using pot. Nonetheless, odds are the nobody from the mainstream media will be champing at the bit to report on them. -

I don’t know how anyone as dumb as that could earn a B in anything.

Well, it is community college. I could enroll my mother's cats, and at least one of them would get a B in something.

I took a class in CC once about 24 years ago on management. 4.0 attending 50% of the time. Phhhtttt. A memory exercise in the 10th grade covered it.

Was it Calc 1 or 2? Linear Algebra?

Management sure, but anything Physics 2 or above or math 1300+ can be pretty tough.

Not at all. It was management styles that the AF thought would be beneficial. Biggest joke in the world. Half the answers were “depends on the situation”. Unfortunately for them my ass couldn’t be indoctrinated to the leftist drivel.

My brain had already been taxed to the hilt on Radar methods and technology and I really witnessed a goofball pretending to teach anything.

I blame him, and the drugs that he was obviously on that distorted him and is known for being a schizophrenia cause.

You blame drugs? Inanimate objects? Really?

Why not the gun or the bullets, then? Or the planet Uranus?

Your fixation on how inanimate object can somehow 'cause' bad things to happen is exactly the same logic as the liberal "gun's kill people" ideology.
