Withholding medicare isu nconstitutional and not a part of my afgreement with them to take my social security deductons over many years.
They do this and they will launch countless law suits in federal court. The government has a contractual obligation to pay you your money, and if the do not, its actually a form of theft or fraud.
Let tham try. We will end up getting rid of the lot of them. I actually hope they try. It would be the best thing that ever happened to get rid of the left for good.
