The second a massive, unpopular government entitlement program enters its implementation phase, it instantaneously transforms into a sacrosanct Constitutional right. That's the word from noted Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX): Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee, a Democrat from Texas, said on Tuesday afternoon that repealing the national health care law would violate the Constitution. Arguing that the Commerce Clause provides the constitutional basis for ObamaCare, Jackson Lee said repealing the law by passing Republicans' H.R. 2 violates both the Fifth Amendment's right to due process and the Fourteenth Amendment's equal protection clause.

How would she know, she's never read the Constitution! She's an embarrassment to every decent person of color, every decent person in her district, every decent person in Houston, every decent person in Texas, and every decent person in the US.
On a brighter note, the Tea Party is setting up shop in her district.

That’s the deal, but there’s no use trying to explain it to SJL or her constituents,
the Constitution protects our INHERENT rights against encroachment by the government. It doesn’t define our rights.
Secondly, there is no such thing as an INHERENT right that imposes an involuntary burden on another person. You have NO RIGHT to the fruits of another person’s labor. That is, by definition, slavery.
