Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX): Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee, a Democrat from Texas, said on Tuesday afternoon that repealing the national health care law would violate the Constitution. Arguing that the Commerce Clause provides the constitutional basis for ObamaCare, Jackson Lee said repealing the law by passing Republicans' H.R. 2 violates both the Fifth Amendment's right to due process and the Fourteenth Amendment's equal protection clause.

You know, that is something we should all take into consideration.
The Congressperson is supposed to be a faithful representative/proxy of the people of his/her district.
And she, I assume, is fulfilling that role perfectly.
Sheila Jackson Lee should exercise her Constitutional Right to take a long walk off a short pier.
I believe this is the same “scholar” who complained that there weren’t enough “black-sounding” names for hurricanes? Is this really a key issue in her district? This woman gives new meaning to the word “idiot”. She is an idiot ‘squared’, who has no place being an elected representative. This speaks volumes about her constituents who continue to vote for this clueless moron.
The 5th amendment refers to protection against abuse of government authority in a legal procedure.
This refers to specifically grand juries and the phrase “due process”.
The 14th Amendment Due Process Clause prohibits state and local governments from depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without certain steps being taken to ensure fairness.
The left have twisted fairness into entitlement.
