Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D., Texas) made headlines this week for claiming that health-care repeal means “killing Americans.” In an exchange with National Review Online at the Capitol tonight, she used China as an example of universal coverage. From the tape: JACKSON LEE: I was with a Chinese delegation in Texas on Sunday, and one [visitor] came up to me and said, ‘What is this debate about health care? We think this is something everybody should have in China.’ That’s what this person said to me; he was baffled. Of course, their system is different. NRO: They’re communist.

She is probably just doing the same thing Michelle Obama said she would do ( during the campaign); Taking care of her people.. the ones that will probably benefit the most form Obamacare.

Was she the one Neil Cavuto was yelling at today? She is dense. And in China, the more money you have, the better health coverage you get. That’s what she wants Obamacare to emulate?

If Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) is so enamored with Chinese health care, let’s deport her to Ulan Bator, Mongolia, for the rest of her miserable life. She’s so deserving of this honor.
Whenever I want to understand a complicated subject, I always ask SJL.
She always has an answer, and as long as there is a camera, microphone, or reporter around, she is more than willing to share her vast knowledge and wisdom.
I am still waiting, however, to hear how she funded that trip to LA to attend Michael Jackson’s funeral. Local reporters never were able to pry that out of her.
Sheila needs to stick to something she understands: planetary exploration.

This is not about ignorance, but about hatred of our Country.
There is effectively nothing outside of the major cities. Moreover, the AVERAGE income in China is about $2k. What we think is inexpensive in China is very expensive for the Chinese. In addition, much of the care is “TCM” (traditional Chinese medicine), which on the whole is just quackery. BTW, I was in China 3 times last year. Fortunately, I didn’t need medical care.
