My wife and I braved the 8 degree temperatures and drove to Santa Fe for Susana's swearing in and Inaugural speech. I had a pretty good vantage point so I thought I would share these clips with my fellow Freepers. Sarah had campaigned here for her, which I think gave her a good boost!

That’s right. The whole country is in for a very rude awakening.....soon.

I hope she doesn’t “RINO” out on us. Do you think she’ll stick with it and actually mirror Cristy?
She’s off to a good start, but time will tell. I’m sure there will be things I don’t agree with, but I’m hopeful that she will set the “right” tone.
I think you’re right about her setting the right tone and that’s good.
8 degrees in Santa Fe? Wow! If we did not know better, we might think it was the Twin Cities.
Guess that’s why the left changed it to climate change.
I hope she’s better than Chris Christy on some of the other conservative issues, like our 2nd amendment rights.
Christy is far, far better than Corzine, though.

Is she pro-life?
Yes, pro-life, pro-2nd amendment, anti-driver’s licenses for illegals. As a prosecutor (for 25 years including 13 or 14 as county DA), she was a crusader for children who have been physically or sexually abused.
I read in the newspaper that her great-grandfather was a general in Pancho Villa’s Mexican revolution. Her older sister is developmentally disabled with a mental age of 5 years old. She was taking care of her from when her mother died until she took office.

She’s sounds like an incredible woman, and a good possible presidential candidate in the future.
