Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

Thanks for the ping. Interesting article. I think it was Fox News that did a story about BO before the election. In it, they asked lots of students that were at Columbia when he was there if they remembered him. No one did.
Don't recall if any teachers or profs were asked. They would be the ones to ask HOW he signed his papers, tests, etc., right?
He had to have had a witness to his birth in order to get a passport if there was no original bc. Adoption papers would not have counted.
AND, furthermore, I believe that McCain was IN on this ruse, that HE wanted BHO to win, too.

For more general information covering everything that can or will happen in adoptions in this country just do a Google.com or Wikipedia look up for “closed adoption” or “closed record” or “open adoption” or “open record”. You will be pleasantly surprised ~ by the fact that you gotta’ find the court that has jurisdiction ~ and I doubt Hawaii has jurisdiction.

I’m afraid you are wrong, at least in my case. Not only was there no secrecy involved because I was 11 years old when my stepfather adopted us (as he had recently married our widdowed mother, so it was only one parent adopting), the court had my older brother and I sign that we wanted to be adopted!).
Michigan still refused to give me my original birth certificate (as of a few years ago) unless I hired a Michigan attorney to unseal the records. All they would give me is a “certificate of registration” listing my mother and stepfather as parents, my date of birth, registration number and the date the certificate was originally issued.
I am trying again to get my original birth certificate. Maybe their policies have changed.
Didnt the flub have something to do with Barry not pledging to uphold the constitution?

Mitt Romney was born to two US citizens in the USA. He is NBC.
That when young, he first co-traveled on his mom's, and then as a student, he traveled on an Indonesian passport.
When he became a US Senator, then he was given some special senatorial travel document on which he could go anywhere in the world, but that NO, he didn't have a US passport.
I do not understand what might have been found by the clerk who accessed OBAMA records in the D.C. passport records office, and we may never learn as he was murdered shortly thereafter.

There were some threads last year about Governor Bobby Jindal in which it was stated that he is ineligible for the US presidency, and in one or more of them some freepers claimed that Romneys’ parents were born in MEXICO, and thus he cannot become US president, no matter where he was born.
What happens with Pakistan is that State will put out advisories to NOT GO THERE every time they have a military coup, and they've had several of those.
Those advisories don't prohibit US citizens from going there ~ they just advise them to not go there.
The US had prohibitions on travel to North Korea, Cuba, Albania and Communist China. Nixon lifted the Chicom thing. The Albanians got rid of the Commies on their own and they got off our list. Obama is working on letting Cuba get off the list.
North Korea continues to be on the prohibited list.

There are lots of theories of what ZERO is hiding. The only dead on certainty is that SOMETHING is being hidden.

He probably couldn’t get one in the US; if he did not have an original bc. If he was born in the US; but had no bc; he would have had to have a witness at the time of birth state so in order to get a passport.
My exact thoughts, too. I believe McCain knew all along that BO was not eligible and was only to happy to accept the nomination. This was all part of the plan. He never really wanted to be president. Thing is, he never told Sarah.
OOPS, I forgot to mention, my “certificate of birth registration” also had my place of birth, but not the hospital, or doctor, etc.

I really really find it hard to believe that a judge would deny Obama the ability to prove that he was really Obama.
This whole thread has become a joke that runs in circles
with everyone trying to out legal everyone else.
Let me recap what I have read here.
1. Obama was born Obama
2. Obama was adopted by Sotero and his original COLB was sealed under some sacred seal that not even God can break.
3. Obama’s original COLB says he was really born in Hawaii
and with the name Obama. (assuming that this is true)
4. It is the fault of some evil judge that Barry can not put all of this to rest.
