One small problem with this theory …
The Hawaii Department of Health long ago released the birth index data as required by law in response to multiple requests from birthers under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA). The only index record that existed was for a male born in 1961 by the name of “Barack Hussein Obama II.” There were no birth index data records for “Soetoro” or “Dunham.”
A legal adoption causes the original birth certificate to be sealed and a new one issued under the child’s adopted name. If Obama’s original birth certificate had been sealed by an adoption (in Hawaii,) the Hawaii DoH would not have released the birth index data for “Barack Hussein Obama II.” They’d have released it for “Barry Soetoro.”
We also know from these UIPA requests that …
- there is a marriage index record for Barak Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham.
- there is not a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth for “Obama,” “Soetoro,” “Dunham,” or “Payne.” The Certificate of Hawaiian Birth program ended in 1972 but was a type of birth certificate for those who were born at home or registered their birth late (i.e. not a hospital birth.)
Stanley Kurtz in his outstanding book, Radical-in-Chief,in researching the 1984 Socialist Scholars Conference held in New York city found the name Barack Obama on the list of pre-registrants and he was hired for his first job in New York by that name. Everybody should get a hold of this book and read it because it is astounding what he discovered when he took the time to do some deep research into everything that 0 was surrounded by and into from the time he came to the mainland and up to the near present.
So many people are now becoming “on board” with 0h0m0’s ineligiblity...

If you recall back before the 2008 elections Stanley was finally successful in getting the records for the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (Obama and Ayers)through a FOIA request and then the courts. As he bagn going on radio programs the Alinskyites came out to protest the stations and theirs sponsors and fllod the phonelines with antogonists.
His work was largely ignored by MSM, like other things related to Obama.
What do you think of the chances that Frank Davis also knew 0 Sr.? Fred Nerks has posted a picture of 0 Sr. being a speaker at some socialist/marxist union event which Davis would have probably been interested in. Davis would have also been quite attracted to a smart, promising young black student from Africa with socialist ideas. Davis was a well-known writer that 0 Sr. would have been happy to have intellectual conversations with. I don’t think this idea has ever been considered before and I don’t know where it could lead to but I do think it’s a interesting possibility. Maybe his son Mark would know something.

I think the only way to find that out would be to send UPIA requests to the DHOH that could be answered by yes or no. i.e. Do you have a record for a requested amendment to the Birth Certificat for Barack Hussein Obama dated in the year 2006? And keep sending them until you hit the right year and then they have to answer yes.
Make that UIPA. I always get those initials mixed up.
Good grief! I read as much as had been posted at the time and the posts have gone on and on from there. There are a lot of theories propounded...which ONE are you talking about?
Funny you should mention Romney. SCOTUS mentioned his father’s name during oral arguments in the Nguyen case as they were discussing natural born citizens.
But in the current Flores-Villar case that is revisiting Nguyen they don’t mention the word President. It’s like there is now a cone of silence.

There was a computer listing that came out later that showed Obama in the DoH birth records, but not from 1961. It was a listing of all names over a certain period of time.
It is almost assured that Obama does not have a long form birth certificate that shows a hospital or doctored delivered birth.
Did any of you do a time line on the address that was given during LOLO’s immigration problem. they attempted to contact Ann only to find someone else living there.
That file gives me a headache. I didn’t do any looking into which address was used.

Thanks to both of you for the info. Stanley Kurtz...haven’t heard about him for a long time. It seems that people like him can find out “just-so-much” information about BO before they’re told to “knock it off”.
So is the going theory that Barry was born in HI, but not in ‘61, or that he was born in Kenya or Canada?
I’m not trying to ask a stupid question. I’m just fuzzy on the most likely scenario, given this new information.
