Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

I thought that the only circumstances in which someone could request an FOIA on someone other than oneself, was if the person is dead.
Do they change a birth certificate when someone is legally adopted?
I’m thinking that the name on the birth certificate would have been Barry Dunham. His parents were never legally married, they just said some vows and pronounced themselves married.
My guess is that Obama was trying to avoid questions as to why he changed his name to a Muslim name if he wasn’t Muslim. What was wrong with the Christian name?
Let's not forget people on the right as well!
Beck, BOR (alright, more "middle"), Malkin, Coulter, Medved to name a few. All have either openly and outright, or in a round about way, MOCKED those who questioned Barry's eligibility.
Then, of course, are many in another category...who may not have openly mocked but who have essentially brushed off this issue by in large (save for a few brief moments in mention or jest): Limbaugh (until recently), Levin (continues to make lite of it), Hannity, Savage. At least Savage had Berg on twice and has mentioned the issue a few times...as did Hannity.
Only a relatively small number of Conservatives/Republican's in the media, have given a "decent" amount of time to the issue(s).
Almost as much as having the fraudster in chief exposed, I'd love to see Beck, BOR, et. al. have to apologize to their audiences for their actions (or inaction) on this! Not only did they drop the ball on this, they basically aided and abated the largest fraud ever perpetrated upon the American people!
I don’t know the answer to that offhand..but Obama Sr IS DEAD.

More likely Barry Soetoro found it advantageous to be Barry Soetoro until it become more advantageous to be Barack Hussein Obamah, Jr. and never legally changed his name back to his Kenyan name.
But who knows?

ANY DEPARTMENT. How about Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice /FBI for starters.
You don’t need to know a specific date for that.
You need a name.
But you could always start with the dates and places in the “official story”.
You want to see the FBI file on Jim Morrison???? Do you think you have to know where he was on such and such a date??? You don’t.
I didn’t say all information would be easy to get. Sometimes it takes a lawsuit to get the info. But it gives people a starting point for research.
It boggles my mind that none of you doing all of this research in such a studied fashion haven’t thought to do an FOIA request and the excuse is that you don’t know where to send it.
They have online forms to do the request. It’s an easy process. Ask for a fee waiver.
See what happens.
But to say..duh..I don’t know where to submit it..is a lame excuse. To say you can’t figure out to start with part of the official story and see what you get is strange to me.

Oh, it is funny, who bought and paid for the Judge. You are about to see another attempt by Rohm, who will go the the State Supreme Court to overturn the lower court decision that he was ineligible.
It is easy to get sealed documents unsealed if you own the judges. He also had a little help when he got every one of his opponents disqualified from the ballot in his state senate bid. Nothing strange about that either.

You do NOT have to be a US citizen to make an FOIA request.
In fact, maybe it is better in this case if you aren’t a US citizen and don’t live in the US.

How the heck did this start? You want an FOIA request, but you are not prepared to do it yourself, you want an Australian citizen to do it for you?

This started because you made such a big deal about how no one could make an FOIA requests ..and you did it in big capital letters.
