Obama will tell us tomorrow night that his tenure as President has been the "most productive" we have had in generations. That is very similar to many of his campaign slogans:

- “Change” versus “More of the Same” - "Vote for Change" - "Change We Can Believe In" - "Our Time for Change" - "It's about Time. It's about Change" - "Stand for Change" - "Organize for Change" - “We are the change we’ve been looking for. Change can’t happen without you.” - "I’m asking you to believe. Not just in my ability to bring about real change in Washington. I'm asking you to believe in yours."

Notice all the instances of the word “change”. The problem is that the main stream media never demanded an answer to the question “What do you mean by change?” And, for the most part, the American people just wanted change without asking what would change.

Now, we’re learning what he meant by “change”:

• He changed the way presidents spend money - he has spent more (in just two years) than all of the other Presidents spent . . . in total.

• He changed the way legislation is passed – he told us ObamaCare would reduce healthcare costs and increase benefits – costs are now expected to increase dramatically, large numbers of doctors are expected to quit practicing, and health care is expected to be rationed.

• He changed the way the middle class is tax is taxed – he passed more tax increases on middle class America than any other President.

• He changed the way presidents relax – he played more golf and took more vacations than any other President.

• He changed the way we drill for oil in the Gulf of Mexico – he stopped it.

• He changed the way Congress passes laws – they passed more than any other Congress and introduced the “pass it and then find out what it says” policy.

• He changed the way American Presidents greet foreign leaders – he bowed to them.

• He changed the way the President communicates with Americans – he promised the most transparent government in history, but has had more closed door meetings then any previous administration (even his open door committee only has closed door meetings!).

• He changed the way the rich are treated – he pushed a stimulus package that was supposed to create jobs across the country, but has created virtually none, and has given more to the rich then every previous President combined! The rich thanked him by giving each other billions of our tax dollars as bonuses.

• He changed the way Presidents treat private businesses – he nationalized more private industry than all other presidents.

• He has changed our military remarkably – for the first time ever, openly gay individuals are allowed into the military (the expected results are devastating).

• He changed the rules for the Nobel Peace Prize – he was awarded the prize for “trying” to do the right thing.

• He changed the definition of ending a war – he declared the Iraq war over, but left 50,000 troops behind.

• He changed the way we look at the environment – he increased the budget of the EPA by over 100 percent.

So, it is indisputable that we have seen the promised “change”, and in only two years. And, I guess some would say that's "productive". But the question is, and it’s even more relevant now, “Is this the type of change or productivity America expected or wanted?”

Mission Accomplished.

Destroyed the economy

Destroying our national security

Weakening our standing in the world

Insulting our allies and building up our enemies

and introduced the “pass it and then find out what it says” policy.

Actually, that policy has been around for a long time.
