I had a leftist piece-of-crap poster on a forum in my local paper's website tell me essentially that the law is whatever you can get away with in court. (Illegal immigration, qualification for US Presidency, etc.) They actually believe this.
It matters because Rahm knows where the bodies are buried, and might name names.
