Breaking News: (From a radio interview) Mike Evans, of Hollywood Reporter, has been a friend of Gov. Abercrombie's for "decades". Evans spoke to him yesterday. "Neil and I spent a lot of time together during Obama's Inauguration. He promised me that he when he became Governor, he was going to cut thru all the BS and find absolute proof that "Barry" was born in Hawaii. Well, I spoke to him YESTERDAY and Abercrombie told me "He searched everywhere using his powers as governor, and... There is NO Barack Obama Birth Certificate in Hawaii ... absolutely no proof at all that Obama was born in Hawaii".
Gibbs admitted during a press conference that it was he who released the COLB.

If Abercombie is telling the truth, previous Hawaiian officials lied.
Wasn't it ironic of Obama to complain about foreign entities influencing our elections when the Supreme Court removed campaign finance restrictions on 7/26/10?

according to wikipedia, the first t-ball league was formed in GA in ‘58 and it wasn’t licensed til the ‘70’s.
But it stands to reason that little Barry would need someone to set up the ball so he can hit it, which is pretty much what everyone has done for him his whole life.

I think there is more than one justification for issuing a COLB, and some of them do not require "a known presence of the real thing." Think of backwood births, home births, if you will. Or adoptions. The law anticipates births being declared by a parent, outside of a hospital / licensed doctor / midwife witness.
