..so how does the remaining 23% add up to be 50%?

It's pretty bad when the Regime has this country so effed up, Biden can pull a 50% favorable rating just by keeping his mouth shut. We are in a world of hurt.

It just means they don't hate him.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters now hold at least a somewhat favorable opinion of Biden, including 17% with a Very Favorable view of him. Forty-four percent (44%) regard the former longtime Delaware senator unfavorably, with 23% Very Unfavorable.

50% favorable + very favorable and 44% unfavorable + very unfavorable. 17% very favorable and 23% very unfavorable. More people have a strong negative reaction to him than a positive one.

That leaves 33% just favorable and 21% just unfavorable and 6% undecided. More of the people who dislike Biden feel strongly about it and fewer of the people who like him feel any great enthusiasm for the man.

Not great numbers for somebody who doesn't really do anything. When you consider how many people aren't interested in politics at all, Biden's not that popular.

I bought something from someone off Craig's List today. In speaking with them while closing the deal, it was discovered she worked for the department of homeland security. Being stoopid, I came right out with an inquiry over if anyone there has had any success finding out where our president was born?

For about ten seconds, very long at that, remained dead silence(sorry can't say dead, it was a muted silence) the person smiled and genuinely bantered on and on about what a crock of $hit it is that the whole thing is. It was a big topic of chat in their office today.

Homeland security workers have to go thru the background grist mill to work there. They resent the story that's being offered.
