CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEXICO— Seven people are dead after gunmen opened fire at a soccer match Sunday.
Officials at the scene said gunmen arrived in three vehicles and started firing at the players and at fans. Three people were killed at the scene, and four more died later at the hospital. Two others whom were injured remain in intensive care at the hospital.
The gunmen sprayed the soccer field with an estimated 180 rounds from assault rifles around 6 p.m., before the game was about to start, police said.
The shooting happened the day before Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's visit to Mexico.
The increase in drug violence has killed 34,612 people in the past four years, the Mexican government said.

Palin is a "hockey mom," and thus implicitly hostile to the game of soccer. She is clearly responsible in some way for this incident.

Three other people — two men and a 15 year old boy — were killed on a street in the same neighborhood Monday, officials said there was no evidence that the attacks were related.
Maybe we can get more Mexicans to illegally immigrate to America so they can shoot the sports fans Americans won’t shoot.
