Will Pelosi accept Cantor's SOTU seat invite?

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) has invited his Democratic counterpart Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to sit with him at Tuesday's State of the Union.

Cantor's office said he made the ask last night. Pelosi's office didn't respond to an email asking if the former speaker would cozy up next to Cantor.

The two hardly are pals. Cantor Monday blasted Pelosi for not meeting with Republicans -- a contention that the Californian's office says is not true.

If I were Cantor, I’d place an automatically reflating whoopee cushion in her seat an hour before arrival, and inform the camera and audio crew where she’s sitting.

You don’t get it do you? Canter has been one of the few to turn this Dim scheme around on them. Pelosi does not want to be caught dead sitting next to Canter. But he is her equal in leadership rank [though she considers herself equal in leadership rank to the Speaker]and Canter has put her on a civility spot. You should be cheering Canter on for this.
