This is great! And now please tell me how it can possibly be constitutional for the Federal Government to force us to buy into Medicare when we turn 65?
Headline is misleading.
I’m TOTALLY on the side of the folks at LifeNews, but
the law wasn’t ruled unconstititional because it is pro-abortion.

I agree the headline is a stretch. However they didnt say it was because of that, merely described the law as unconstitutional.
No one that I am aware of MUST enroll in Medicare at 65.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. I heard Trump talking about making our enemies(China) pay up to 25% tariff if they don’t stop messing with their currency and kepping our goods out of their country. Now if we could just get the feds out of everything else they are not supposed to be doing we might get this great country of ours back on track. Let’s get back to the Constitution!
Yes, that’s what about 300 folks at a retirement seminar thought. But we were all told that at 65 you must sign up for Medicare, that’s everyone!
No, but the Administration thinks that it can hold your Social Security payments hostage in order to force you to enroll in Medicare:

Yeah, it’s a biased title. It’s like saying a pro-life advocate won the lottery. the stand on abortion is completely irrelevant to the story.
But, to be fair to the source, it IS the organization’s reason for existence, and the law WAS pro-government financed abortion, so it does have some relevance to the organization reporting it.

It was amazing, since the room was filled with socialist democrat state workers. No one could believe it. But we were assured that you must enroll in Medicare 3 months before your 65th birthday or you will be penialized. Everyone was surprised, even though they love everything socialist.
Oh yes I will have my regular insurance but I was told that I must sign up for Medicare also.
Now, if we could just get one with enough balls to declare OBAMA Unconstitutional, we’d be doing ok.
