It's going to pass. At least 50 RINOs will vote for the McCarthy-Lautenberg bill.I don't think Dingy Harry will bring it to the Floor, and if he does, I don't think he can get 60 votes to end debate. Most of the House RINOs were knocked out out in 2006 & 2008. Most of the Tea Party nominees are pretty conservative in 2010, IMHO.
