WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama says the passion and dignity demonstrated by the people of Egypt has been an inspiration. He says young protesters will reach their destiny.

In brief remarks at the White House Tuesday evening, the president said, "We hear your voices."

The information in Rome2000’s post is an accurate reflection of the fact that Islam isn't radical, and there is no such thing as radical Islamists. Islam has attempted, and is again attempting to do exactly what the Koran calls for. The jihad we are facing today is the same one called for during WWII and since.
