He was not getting rich from foreclosures, he was pulling a madeoff and selling bridge stock. Some fools will invest in any kind of pipe dream. There is no way to get rich in handling foreclosure's for banks, the real money is in buying the bad debt for pennies on the dollar and then hounding the people to the grave. There are a few law firms. That have done that for years.

That’s what the free market and investing is all about. If the guy who took it public committed fraud, that’s one thing; but if all of these disappointed investors simply jumped on the bandwagon of what wouldn’t have looked like such a great deal if they’d done their homework properly, then they got what they deserved.
