Guy on now has blindingly brilliant academic cred, and he’s saying that since insurance is commerce and the Constitution says it’s fine to regulate commerce

Let's take a look at what the Constitution really says:

Article I, Sec. 8

The Congress shall have Power . . . To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes

Health insurance is NOT interstate commerce. I am not allowed to cross state lines to purchase insurance. Health insurance does not qualify as "Commerce among the several states". People that are this ignorant of our foundation of law have no business serving as lawmakers.

Amen!! Oy, Leahy on now, I must mute!

Funny how none of them used the “we have to pass it to know what’s in it”.

and that is exactly why I have been against allowing insurance to be sold across state lines.....once that starts, the feds can then seize control, and we would have backdoor obamacare....
