(JTA) -- Two groups quoted in a letter from 400 rabbis criticizing Fox News channel for Glenn Beck's Holocaust reference disassociated themselves from the letter.
...In another letter appearing the same day, Jeffrey Wiesenfeld, vice president of the American Gathering, said that Steinberg "has no more right than I do to speak in the name of the survivors on this topic." He added that "in my 30 years of participation in large-scale annual commemorations, I have yet to meet a survivor who expressed support for Mr. Soros."

Many people calling themselves ‘rabbi’ are not even Jewish much less a Jewish leader. Many of these are just fringe people with an agenda who usurp the title as a ‘self-declared’ rabbi.
So now with these groups pulling away, is it 350 (rabbis) or 306 (rabbis)?
Much the same way Sharpton, Jackson,etc. call themselves “reverend”. Yet another bunch of self-hating Jews who embrace those who screw us and screw those who embrace us.
I saw two very well-worded ‘letters to the editor’ in the Wall Street Journal yesterday, one of which is quoted here. They’ve refuted the “Jewish Funds for Justice” and are backing Beck. Another Soros group gets slapped. Again.
That man needs to be cut down to size - he’s still a Nazi, just as he was when he was robbing Jews during the Hitler regime. How he’s gotten away with it is beyond me.
Hmmm... So is Dana Milbank going to mention this? He was all over the original letter.
