I’m sorry, but mercy is Christ. I pray for God’s justice to be swift and holy. I know some won’t like it but mercy is in Christ. If he rejects Christ, then he’s accepted his fate.
Perhaps Christ is the Mercy of G-d, for He is the Son of G-d and sits on the Mercy Seat. Perhaps G-d knows whom he sheep are, even as he saved the murderer that was crucified next to him. Therefore, may G-d have mercy on his soul.
