Conservatives make me laugh – and cry, sometimes.
From the very beginning of WND's relentless coverage of the eligibility issue, there were many very high-profile conservatives in public office and the media who discouraged any focus on it.
They whispered and muttered that it was not a "winning issue."
They wrung their hands in worriment over the possibility that Barack Obama would pull the rug out from under the pursuit by pulling his long-form birth certificate out of his hat – making us look ridiculous for ever asking for it.
They even went so far as to suggest the whole controversy was a "trap" being set for those who went near it.
They warned that Obama is waiting for me to get out far enough on a limb so he can saw it off.
They were even afraid that Obama might indeed be ineligible and the nation would face a constitutional crisis as a result.
I didn't listen to them then, and I don't listen to them now.

But its not the BC. Its his KENYAN father. Unless a BC shows that he was not his father and maybe someone else had it in for Stanley, BO is not just toast he is a toasted felon on a grand scale.
Convincing fakes are a lot harder to make these days than they were before. The ink, the paper, the serial number... everything, would be subject to intense scrutiny and compared with genuine items from the same period.
There's also the fact that Obama may be "the most powerful man in the world, operating out of the most powerful office in the world, situated in the most powerful nation in the world", but that does not mean he has access to the US Government technical resources to produce a counterfeit document.
You expect him to call in the CIA director and say "Yo! Have Q or whoever it is down in your gremlin factory who does this stuff whip me up a fake BC to show the yokels"!?
The CIA doesn't like Obama much these days.
Joe Farah is a good guy but his article says states are ready to pass laws about making the islamic show his BC. I hope this is true. We need to find 4 or 5 states with the guts. If not then he may win again.

That is simply not true. The law at the time was that you could be a citizen by birth with one parent being a non-citizen (BHO, Sr.) IF the parent who was a citizen (momma) had been a resident for at least 5 years after attaining the age of 16 (which manifestly wasn't true, since she wasn't yet 21 when BHO, Jr. was born) OR even if the citizen parent wasn't so qualified, if the child was born in the US. Since it is clear beyond any doubt that the father wasn't a citizen and also that his mother wasn't yet 21, the sole issue right now in determining if he was a NBC is the place of his birth.
Of course, there has been speculation raised elsewhere that he was born in Hawaii, based on what the Hawaii governor/Obama lapdog has said, but that because of the fact that Obama was adopted by Lolo Soetero he lost his US citizenship, and there is simply no record whatsoever of him ever applying to get the citizenship back. Further, he was also known as Barry Soetero, yet his bar application for IL asks if the applicant was ever known by a different name and his reply was "no." This is fraud, and there's also possible fraud regarding the issue of college financial aid (i.e. did he apply for scholarships that were only open to foreign students? If so, then he was a foreigner who never applied to get his citizenship back. If he wasn't actually a foreigner and got the grants anyway, then he committed a felony and is ineligible to be President).
Any way you look at this guy, there is some deep, dark secret that he doesn't want revealed - else why spend so much money protecting his birth, school and medical records. At this point, even if he came up with documents showing that he's 100% legit, the question will arise, "So, why did you hide things for so long? Why were you playing Machiavellian games with the American public?" The burden is on him at this point.
It really is quite astonishing than no-one in BO’s campaign ever asked if all his paperwork was in order. Or did BO and his backers bully everyone into submission and silence?
Ever notice how leftists throw perjoratives at real Americans (Americanists?) and we’re never really insulted by them?
But say something truthful/unPC toward them and they’re OUTRAGED!
lol. Yeah, I’ve noticed that. Real Americans don’t have time to get too upset over superficials like name-calling. It’s like gnats around the eyes; you know they exist and they bug you but you’ve got bigger things to get done so you don’t get too bent out of shape.
The trouble comes in when a clear alarm of substance sounds and people do the same thing. It’s good to be laid-back about superficials but we need to passionately protect the substance we need to conserve. I think that’s what the Tea Party has been about.

P.S. I am not including in my rant “real men” who have been aggressive on this issue, I’m referring to the pansies.
The conclusion that Obama is hiding something is, to me, inescapable. What it is, I don’t know.
Sometimes I think I’m just having a nightmare, but unfortunately it’s real life.
I think it’s a winning issue in that we might see other states follow Arizona’s lead requiring a birth certificate be presented in order to appear on a ballot. I suppose Obama has the power and contacts to provide a fraudulent document, but if he were caught doing that his candidacy would be doomed.
There is no way for the end game to be good for Obama. Even if he is totally legit with nothing to hide, he will still look like a petty, childish game player.
thats what i have argued for years, and it has come further to light with the passage of the sex tourism law which only applies to citizens and immigrated aliens. Illegals and non-immigrants are not subject to US jurisdiction outside the US thus not fully subject to jurisdiction under the 14th amendment. It also related to NBC.

If illegal aliens or lawfully immigrated aliens or non-immigrant aliens leave the US are they still subject to its laws and jurisdiction?
Can a US citizen be prosecuted for sex with a minor in a foreign country even if it is not against the law in that country? (yes)Can an immigrated, non-immigrated or illegal alien who leaves the US to such a country be prosecuted under US law for same?(immigrated can illegal & non-immigrant cant)
So does that mean that non-immigrated aliens and illegal aliens are not subject to the jurisdiction of the US when abroad like US citizens and LAPR’s? So how can their children born in the US be citizens if their parents are not fully subject to US jurisdiction?
