After extended wrangling among lawmakers in both countries, the new START treaty between the U.S. and Russia went into effect Saturday at the global security conference in Munich.
"The principles of equality, parity, equal and undivided security lay a solid foundation for the modern Russian-American cooperation in various spheres," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, appearing with Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton to exchange the treaty documents, said, according to RIA Novosti.

I agree completely with you with one added caveate.
The strategy is to have patriotic America and our patriotic military focused on the podium pounders and violent jihadists on the right had, while on the left hand the truly damaguing initiative of traducing America is prosecuted slowly and relentlessly.It is a true left hand as well, moved by liberal fascism here at home.It is also the reason why Obama bought the CIA to a rigid heel in the first days of his administration so he can have time to get rid of patriot CIA officials who had occupied crucial positons to stop this slow erosion of America.( You will remember the Holder/Obama threats to prosecute CIA officials with “Torture Offences?”).

The UK wasn’t sold out! The UK has already revealed back in 1998 the number of Trident D5 that is pools from the US Trident inventory. This was revealed in the Strategic Defence Review. The number was 58. All the US is doing is supplying the serial numbers for these UK Tridents. This will enable the Russian inspectors inspecting the US Tridents on US soil to verify the exact numbers in the inventory.
The UK during 2010 unilaterally revealed along with France and the US the numbers of nuclear warheads. UK numbers are 160 nuclear warheads operational with a maximum not exceeding 225. All revealed in Parliament. The UK has also revealed the number of missiles and warheads that they would deploy on the subs as part of the deterrent. All very much public knowledge. All the US is doing is supplying the Trident serial numbers.
While the wikileaks may be a twisted headline. Will we be inspecting Russia? Do we trust Russia? I know it is all a geo political game to form global communism but what will happen when global communism fails? China, Russia and Obama's muslim brotherhood are not our friends they are our foes.
Just as in the past strategic arms reduction US inspectors will inspect inside Russia, and vice versa. What is the alternative? Both sides have enough nuclear weapons to wipe each other off the face of the earth. Either we have an ultimate and robust strategic arms control treaty between Russia and the US or an out of control nuclear arms race.
