So this is what it's come to. I wonder if we're sending any "foreign aid" to countries that seek to indict our former President?

But of course the Swiss are “neutral” when it comes to Nazis.

This is Switzerland, not your typical third world hellhole.
What's going on there is that the government ~ at every level ~ is losing moral authority.
You can take your aged aunt there and scrag her and as long as you're both foreigners they'll chalk that up to euthenasia ~ and they'll cash your check on the way out so that you can "pay her bills" (bwahahahaha).
Some of the cantons want to reverse the trend but it's obviously too late. They would no longer have anyone around who could clean the streets or do all those other jobs the Swiss won't do.
Pessimists look foward to the day the Islamofascists clamp down on these guys.

Read the article. It says a former guantanamo detainee was going to speak. In other words, Bush found out that it was a set up.
To: crescen7
Yep. And when the Democrat Party gets their ducks in a row,i.e., more control of the judiciary, he will be indicted over here. The Left, the Democrat Party, the main stream media[the unholy trio] have not forgot, they are just laying low.

In other words, Bush found out that it was a set up. I can think of some other circumstances in which I wish he had been so perceptive.

I think you are confusing two separate events. Bush was to speak on Feb 12, which is a Saturday. The former detainee was to speak at an event on a Monday. Very poorly written article, full of conjecture and short on facts.

Bush was to be the keynote speaker at Keren Hayesod's annual dinner on Feb. 12 in Geneva. But pressure has been building on the Swiss government to arrest him and open a criminal investigation if he enters the Alpine country. Would have been another prime opportunity for an Obama golf vacation. Is it on the Executive calendar?

The article is nonsense that is so heavily spun that it is barely coherent.
Your post isn’t an example of clarity either, but I believe I see your drift.
