As far as I'm concerned, this whole Egypt situation is JUST like the recent Iranian election turmoil. If it was good enough for Obama to sit out condemning a totalitarian regime in Iran, it should be just as good for Egypt.

Hosni should pull the Obama/Slick Willie gambit - just obfuscate, delay and have your minions say "it isn't really a revolution [sex]". Throw out some placating platitudes about September and 'change' and then just clamp down and suppress the dissenters just like Iran did.
